Bruce Robertson’s latest culinary undertaking is The Showroom Cafe in the Grand Daddy Hotel on Cape Town’s Long Street. The Showroom Cafe in the New Grand Daddy Hotel in Cape Town, formerly known as the Metropole hotel, will be the next cuisine adventure of Cape Town’s own rock star chef Bruce Robertson.
